Threads Unfollowers: How to Track Who Unfollowed You

1. Export your Meta data including Threads followers and following (Settings → Download your information).
2. Keep that dated ZIP as your baseline.
3. Wait a week or a month, export again.
4. Old followers − new followers = who left.
